Emotional happiness is something that is hidden and that is often never talked about. It is a term closely related to mental health. When we talk about health, we often focus on its physical aspects and consider the diseases that directly affect our body as the most important. Our physical health should certainly be one of the most important concerns of any individual, but at the same time, we also need to take care of our mental and emotional health and ensure our holistic health. Emotional well-being refers to an individual’s experiences of emotional quality.
Emotional well-being can be defined as: “A positive mental and physical state, feeling safe and able to cope, feeling connected to people, the community and the environment. An individual’s mental health is fundamental to their overall health and future life chances.


Emotional well-being can be influenced by many demographic, economic, and situational factors. For example, during a pandemic, people’s emotional well-being dropped by an average of 74%.
Emotional well-being is simply how a person feels and how one’s feelings and emotions affect them. Increased wellbeing means happier, more refreshing, it helps develop many good changes in us such as the ability to cope with stress, increase self-esteem, increase productivity, develop strong immunity strong, etc help increase longevity. Similarly, emotional decline means high stress and tension, and low emotional health can also lead to the emergence of unnecessary mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, and anxiety. feeling, etc. In fact, their poor emotional state can lead to their psychosis. kind. As the term suggests, emotional well-being is related to our emotions, be it happiness, sadness, anger, fear, etc.


We can encourage our emotional growth by engaging in activities such as exercise, yoga and meditation, trying to stay away from negative thoughts, engaging in activities that make us feel better. we love to do, encourage their own hobbies, simple activities like decorating the bedroom to give them a new perspective where they can feel more comfortable, journaling their feelings can write their feelings and emotions, rest and take time to take care of themselves, reminisce about old memories and relieve stress by watching a favorite movie from childhood program, etc.


Having good mental health is a fundamental aspect of creating and promoting resilience, self-awareness and leading to overall satisfaction. We should always keep in mind that good emotional health does not mean that we are always happy or free of negative emotions. It’s about having the skills and resources to handle the ups and downs of life today.
We must also remember that our feelings and emotions are very important and absolutely precious, and therefore we must never compromise our own feelings and emotions with others when they are not.
