Rashtriya Gram Swaraj AbhiyanRGSA( rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan) was launched in 2016-17 for strengthening the capacities of panchayati raj institutions for rural local governance to become more effective.this scheme focuses on sustainable development of rural areas with available resources and technologies as a way to find solution to local problems.Principles of SDGs sustainable development goals :-

3.Gender equality in design of all capacity building interventionsObjectives :-
A.Promote social harmony
B.Spread awareness about pro poor initiatives of government
C. Reach out to poor households to enroll them as aslo to obtain their feedbacks on different welfare programmesAs a special endeavour during the Gram Swaraj Abhiyan, saturation of eligible households would be made under pro poor programmes. Schemes under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan are as follows :-
1. Pradhan mantri ujjwala yojna :-50 million lpg connections to women of below poverty line families
2. Saubhagya :-Provide energy access to all by last mile connectivity and electricity connections to all remaining un electrified households
3.Ujala scheme :-Also known as DELP (Domestic Efficient Lighting Programme)aims to promote efficient usage if electricity for all4.pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna :-
Financial inclusion program of the government of india open to Indian citizens,that aims to expand affordable access to financial services such as bank accounts,credit,remittances etc.
5.Pradhan mantri jeewan bima yojna :-Government backed life insurance scheme launched in india in the year of 2015
6.Mission indradhanush :-Health Scheme launched by india government which seeks 90 percent immunisation coverage of indiaAn important aspect of campaign would also be disclosure of funds provided to panchayat for each scheme and activities to be taken in gram panchayat area.
